I´m posting this for a couple reasons, first of all I would like to warn any players that this could happen to any of them and to any players thinking about starting to play there. This feels completely unfair as I feel like I have done nothing wrong and played almost 100k hands between 200 and 500NL in the last year. I even posted on the 888 general thread but I got the exact same email that I received a couple times earlier. I was going back and forth with the support but noone could give me any proper answer as for which reason was the account blocked nor if I could get my funds back. At first I found my account disabled and I was asked to submit some documents (Passport, bank statement, utility bill and a selfie with all of them), I submitted them and they were accepted but I still could not access my account, a couple days later I received an email that my account was closed permanently without any explanaition.
